Jack Well folks this is yet another 5 star review from this Google Guide. Today I have to share my experience obtaining new auto insurance from my newly discovered local Agent The Robert C. Dempcy Insurance Agency! Are you tired of getting that AI bot shuffle when you try to call your internet based auto insurance company? If this is the best that AI can present, Im not going to worry about it taking over the world, because it couldnt even connect me to a customer service representative! Oh! But wait!.... maybe thats what it was meant to do! Hmmmmmm! I finally decided to seek a local Agent and meet and talk to real people again like the old days before the internet. At Robert C. Dempsey Insurance Agency they have a and I mean this literally a Bricks and Morter office building! As soon as you walk in you will probably be cheerfully greeted by Angie Pierce Agent/ CSR extraordinaire! See Pic. Angie actually, and get this, listened to my needs and the issues I was having with my current internet based Insurance company, and blew their doors off!!. I got a lower deductible, higher limits of liability, a comercial policy, and a cost savings to boot! All delivered with a cheerful smile! Now thats customer service! Stop into The Robert C. Natty Coco This place has been my insurance office now for over 10 years. I have been so happy with my service there. Kate and Carrie go above and beyond for their clients. I have unfortunately experienced both a flood and a fire a both times I had so much support from this agency. I recently had to help my mother with a different agency in the area and when my mom had a claim they would not do anything to help my mother. They told her to contact her insurance provider via phone. While I also had to do that with my claims Kate kept in contact with me daily to make sure everything was going well with my claim. I cant express how important that is enough and you who ever is reading may never know until it matters and you have a claim and your going through one of the worst times in your life to have someone you know personally take care of you claim and check on you is why I continue to go here. Kate went above and beyond and offered her number and told me to call her if I needed her after hours. I never needed that but I know if I had she would have been there to help. You may think your saving going through an online company but you will pay for it in customer service trust me.

Rita works promptly, offers immediate solutions and always goes out of her way to accommodate her customers. To top it all off, she does it with a smile on her face. Such a fantastic human being. I feel lucky to have such a great State Farm agent. Highly recommend!
