Lisa Murray I was in an impossible situation. I had an insurance company for 7 years. They were not renewing people because they were going out of business. It ended up being a godsend in the end. However, when I called around to get new insurance I found out that my old insurance company did not do me any favors. It was so defeating. I called on a Saturday morning and had insurance that afternoon. Melissa was my agent. She was so nice, so personable. She was relatable and I could tell she knew what she was talking about and wanted to help me. I am not joking I am paying $800 less than I was before and I have more amenities with my package. It doesn’t hurt to give them a call and get a quote. And if you take my advice ask for Melissa. I’m sure others are great there too. However, she said she would follow up with me in a week and literally 7 days later on the dot she called me to see how things were going. You do not get this kind of service anywhere anymore.
