Judith Helf Last year, I moved from my former insurer to State Farm for my homeowners insurance. It was a simple process, and all went smoothly. This year, it is complicated by the fact that I am selling my house just weeks after my insurance policy is due for renewal, AND I was seeking advice on renter’s insurance. I knew that I would benefit from some guidance and a bit more personal attention this year. It was my lucky day when Aaron Marshall Bobb happened to be the one who picked up the phone when I called last week.It is a delight to work with him: efficient, knowledgeable, available, respectful, friendly…..all this PLUS a sense of humor (much appreciated at what was a very stressful time for me!) He took care of everything and made it all seem easy. Mr. Bobb is a wonderful addition to the Agency. I told them straight up I couldn’t handle a crazy monthly premium, and they actually worked with me instead of pushing expensive extras. They even printed out my proof of insurance on the spot so I could hit the DMV the same day. I left understanding my plan and feeling like I didn’t just get sold. For anyone needing cheap car insurance in Brooklyn that still covers you right — no gimmicks, no shady fees — I’d say go them out. Wish I found them sooner.

Brian Saltzer Very unprofessional company and atrocious customer service. Farmers never paid out a claim for missed time from work and never covered there portion of no fault medical payments. I cannot recommend Farmers insurance.
