He answered all the questions I had, provided me with multiple quotes and ran through the specifics of each one in great detail. He also encouraged me to shop around for other rates, which I did. I reached out to numerous companies and no one came close to Douglas’s rates, coverage and customer service. After speaking to so many companies in such a short timespan, it was extremely clear to me why Hutchings Insurance Agency has such a great reputation in Orange County, New York.
