johnathan cruz The way Luis talks about insurance he truly makes me feel like I’ve been a car guy my whole Life his enthusiasm his excitement u can tell he truly cares about his customers and not only getting them the best deal possible but also educating them as well with certain things. Which it’s cool it’s like not only am I getting a great deal but I’m getting information from a guy who knows his stuff. In the past I’ve dealt with ppl who just try to stiff you to make themselves look good. And it turns u off quickly. If I’m spending my hard earned money, I want it to be with ppl who care. Once I came down in person after speaking on the phone with luis I smiled and soft this is my guy. I had to make the switch from Geico to state. We need more guys like Luis, ultimate car guy!

Dianita has been the only person that has been able to help me out with either a payment question or any questions I have about my insurance. I had dealt with other companies and insurance agents and nothing but pain. The pandemic has been so hard but Dianita always been very understandable.
