1 /5 Jeanne Dickel: After eight years I switched to another company for a better rate. I was a dependable customer with auto pay, never late; spotless driving record. This agent would not respond to my new company’s request of a declaration document. Finally I made a conference call directly to progressive with new Allstate agent on the line for this declaration doc, they assured me that it would be sent. This was 1/30/20, kemp agent with out my consent renewed my policy on 1/27/20, billed my bank account a full payment; all while knowing I had switched companies! My payment was not refunded until 2/9/20 and this Kemp agent back dated the declaration to indicate that I had no insurance for three days...she knew this would make my insurance go up and committed fraud while doing so. Now unless this is cleared up my insurance will be at a higher rate for three years....do not use this agent
