Shazbo I hadn’t been to this shop before and was looking to treat myself so I popped in. The shop is beautifully set out and very spacious. The seating dotted around makes it very welcoming. I was warmly greeted by Michele. She talked me through some of the beautiful jewellery they have on offer. Michele was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It’s nice to strike up a rapport with the staff before you make that purchase. They also cleaned my rings for me which was such a lovely gesture. I am looking forward to returning and buying something I had my eye on.

Cristina Hanchett Jennifer was so pleasant to work with. The store was so clean and welcoming. I had to get my wedding ring and band resized. It came back a week early looking absolutely beautiful and brand new. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Kaydence Lester My boyfriend gave me a promise ring and it ended up being too big so I stopped by this shop. Super duper nice really professional staff I felt really taken care of. The man that assisted me measured my finger and then took my ring and put it in a little envelope and wrote my finger size on it then sent me on my way and told me they would call my phone in about 2 days. Indeed 2 days later they called me, I was busy so I couldnt come in until about right when they close, I called and asked if they could stay open just 5 minutes longer and they were very nice. They waited for me and I picked up my ring, I think I paid 45 bucks I havent much experience with getting stuff resized but that seemed reasonable. Overall 10/10 experience, quick and easy, I cant tell they even touched the ring aside from the fact it fits me perfectly now. I will come back here for any jewelry related needs in the future and recommend to anyone whos looking for such services.

Andrew Appel Eight years ago we went to sk the store to make a copy of my husband’s father’s wedding ring. This was early in the days of same gender marriage and we were often fearful that our reception might be cold. In fact, they were all celebratory, loving and efficient. For various reasons we will be returning soon.

Peter Jones This is run by charming woman who knows everything about each piece on sale in her store. My wife and I before we had children had bought some Christmas ornaments here which we still put on our tree and dearly love. It is still the same shop and The same owner. We were offered bottled water when we arrived which was very nice for the warm day. We ended up buying some chocolates which were exceptional and I was able to get a delightful Mother’s Day gift for my wife. I highly recommend a trip to 15 steps.
