Grean Jelli Bean I have tried to make contact with UBS at least four times. I stopped by this UBS location on the last-ditch chance that the previous attempts were flukes in unresponsiveness (used UBSs online contact form and tried several other different local offices, to no avail), gave the receptionist my contact info who said someone would reach out, and its been two full business days with zippo, nil, zero contact. Its shocking that UBS does not respond to prospects or inquiries; what type of business of this nature does this? Is this a case of prejudging individuals? If this is how they ignore existing customers trying to access their finances, those customers have my sympathies.

Megan Lyonnais I went in to have a document notarized and the manager, Kelly Day was able to get me right in and notarize the documents with both the seal and stamp (my documents needed both) quickly and efficiently. I had my children with me and Kelly gave them sunglasses and lollipops, they still love to wear their sunglasses from Ms Kelly! Not only did Kelly take her time to actually talk and get to know us, but so did her staff! Everyone made us feel so welcome and like we were family.

MsMoua01 Jalicia was very kind and helpful. She helped me opened a business account and I couldn’t be more happier. I also met with Manager Lena who was also very kind. I would recommend Fifth Third Bank to anyone who’s looking to open a bank account.

Damon Vander Berg Always exceptional service over phone, in person and email. I never struggle to get my questions answered and in contact with the branch. Anita and Ashley have been super kind and helpful through refinancing my auto-loan, getting a new credit and debit card, and getting set up with multiple banking accounts.

Chelsey Suggs I love PNC Bank. I have been banking with them for about nine years now and have never had a problem with them. Pam- is wonderful and any kind of affidavit or fraud that I happen to have in my account during the holidays etc. she has always been a delight helping me get to the bottom of my problem. I also love that they have a machine to distribute debit cards on site which is such a relief in itself. I would suggest banking at PNC on the corner of Ecorse in Monroe in Taylor Michigan to any of my friends or family.
