PNC Bank - Taylor (MI)

1 /5 Elizabeth Sandoval: You have the rudest lazy people working at this branch. One hand doesn’t know what the other one is doing and they are too lazy to look anything up. Oh and there is no manager in the bank so if you need anything you have to wait days to speak to anyone. I asked the lady if something happened if they had a with no manager what would they do. She was a smart ass and told me she would call the fire department. How can you run a bank with no manager or anyone in charge.

1 /5 lasheda manasseh: I came in about 35 before closing. Expressed that I had a couple questions regarding their checking accounts. The lady asked if I had an appointment which I did not. She asked if I’d like to make an appointment but I didn’t. Actually I just wanted to ask a couple questions which I felt like she worked there so she should’ve been able to answer..& there were 2 ladies conversing in their cubicle, another just sitting at her desk reading. The woman never attempted to go ask if I could be seen. Terrible service. She acted timid as if she was scared to check it out. Won’t patronize this branch.

1 /5 Kat A: This branch has the rudest employees. My normal branch at Allen and Goddard moved to Southfield road. I went to the Monroe location and couldn’t even get in the door! The greeter heavyset lady with black hair on top and blonde on the bottom was extremely rude.she wouldn’t even let us in the door. I’ve been with Pnc Bank since it was Security bank and trust! I’m looking for a new bank for my banking needs with much better customer service. This lady has no business in front of customers with her rude attitude. No loyalty to their customers. DO NOT BANK HERE unless you want to encounter this woman who will stop you in your tracks and want to know all your business.

5 /5 Chelsey Suggs: I love PNC Bank. I have been banking with them for about nine years now and have never had a problem with them. Pam- is wonderful and any kind of affidavit or fraud that I happen to have in my account during the holidays etc. she has always been a delight helping me get to the bottom of my problem. I also love that they have a machine to distribute debit cards on site which is such a relief in itself. I would suggest banking at PNC on the corner of Ecorse in Monroe in Taylor Michigan to any of my friends or family.
