1 /5 Jodi King: The heavy older lady w gray hair at the location on 44th is always super super rude to me. Everyone else is always friendly. She seems so miserable and takes it out on people coming thru her lane. Its really frustrating and makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

1 /5 Lisa Lisa: Rude workers working here. 9 people in the small building 6 cashiers and everyone so busy to help. Paying for this many people in a small space. Watch opening an account cus they do a hard enquiry on your credit EVEN tho your not buying nothing. Lets change this people. They working for us.

5 /5 Samuel L: I want to let everyone know about the amazing service and genuine kindness and willingness to help from the staff... in particular, Anita. (I am so sorry if I mis-spelled your name) - My father passed away last November, and my grandmother recently a few months ago... I have been catching up payments on things and she was so warm towards me the last time. Today I went in again with another teller and Anita saw me, remembered me from the last time, asked how I was, and when the hold times on the phone were taking longer than expected, she threw on an extra headset to help even though she was not the original person helping me with todays visit. This kind of sincere effort truly deserves to be recognized in every manner, because it is this decency that seems to be more elusive to find each day. Anita, thank you - thank you to everyone at the LMCU 44th street location. I waited for about 45mins there while on hold (to no fault of anyone) waiting for another department authorization (busy Saturday) but never realized the time until I got back to my car because of how much I was noticing the staffs efforts to try and make my experience smoother and quicker - in particular Anitas. Anita, thank you for the compassionate energy, which I assure you I could feel and I appreciate how genuine it is.

Anita and Ashley have been super kind and helpful through refinancing my auto-loan, getting a new credit and debit card, and getting set up with multiple banking accounts.
