5 /5 Samuel L: I want to let everyone know about the amazing service and genuine kindness and willingness to help from the staff... in particular, Anita. (I am so sorry if I mis-spelled your name) - My father passed away last November, and my grandmother recently a few months ago... I have been catching up payments on things and she was so warm towards me the last time. Today I went in again with another teller and Anita saw me, remembered me from the last time, asked how I was, and when the hold times on the phone were taking longer than expected, she threw on an extra headset to help even though she was not the original person helping me with todays visit.
This kind of sincere effort truly deserves to be recognized in every manner, because it is this decency that seems to be more elusive to find each day. Anita, thank you - thank you to everyone at the LMCU 44th street location. I waited for about 45mins there while on hold (to no fault of anyone) waiting for another department authorization (busy Saturday) but never realized the time until I got back to my car because of how much I was noticing the staffs efforts to try and make my experience smoother and quicker - in particular Anitas.
Anita, thank you for the compassionate energy, which I assure you I could feel and I appreciate how genuine it is.
