TIAA Financial Services - Ann Arbor (MI)

1 /5 CS F: I am at the TIAA office in Ann Arbor trying to speak to someone able a problem with my account. They refuse to let me meet with anyone today. I have been here since 8:05 am and no others clients have come in. Very disagreeable people in this office. I would not recommend TIAA. They make very difficult to speak to someone.

1 /5 Jeff Erskine: Money I have saved for decades. Started drawing part of it out, which had to be online and they screwed it up. Took 5-6 months to straighten it out. A few months later I started to take a second transfer payout. Requested to do this in person because of the first screw up. I was denied for reasons unknown to me. I informed them that I had a head injury.They didnt care enough to help me in person. There is a office just 18 miles from me. Now they have already made mistakes in my second transfer out withdrawal. This company years ago was great. Maybe that just as your putting money in. The University of Michigan should drop this company it doesnt make them look good. Jeff Erskine

1 /5 L G “GL”: Never gets back with you, by email or phone. I’m taking my money out of TIAA and putting it into Fidelity. Fidelity customer service is way better. And TIAA don’t respond back to this review by telling me to call customer service because I’ve done so several times

3 /5 DrSilva Goncalves: Nice and friendly. But clients’ satisfaction is secondary. I have been trying to change some beneficiaries with my wife. Lots of talk, and it has not happened. I am not allowed to do it on line. In person, sessions are 30 minutes.
