LebaneseArabGirl I love this credit union. Every problem that Ive had regarding things on my account from issues that I usually caused, they always help me fix the problem. Today I dealt with Melanie when I had to stop a corrupt company from continuing to take unauthorized withdrawals from my account. She has ALWAYS been so nice, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She far exceeded my expectations on how to handle these unauthorized withdrawals. I went in very frustrated from dealing with this company and left very happy after she helped me with everything and i didnt have to do as much to stop them from doing this as i thought. She was beyond helpful and I really appreciated all her help. I would highly recommend this credit union. Take care.

Tram Truong Bad service ever! They received my money to apply the medicaid but they didnt. They just promise and there is nothing. I need to call, send the message but no answer. The process took over 3 months and no result now.

Zaenger Doyle This "Playhouse" location is great. Jim helped my partner and me open a joint account, and helped us make sure we are getting the most out of our money based on our needs. They have great artwork and some games to distract anybody who has to wait while you do your banking. Ive been with CFCU for as long as I can remember, and they have always been great to me - good loans rates and leniency when I couldnt afford payments.

Bob Wilber I am a broker who uses SIGMA as my back office. I have worked with several other big name "broker dealers" (thats what SIGMA is) and I have no interest throwing praise at people who are undeserving. But I am being completely honest when I tell you that this company is 100% focused on helping the investor. Dont get me wrong, they do a great job of supporting the representatives too, but their primary focus is on supporting the investor. They have an AMAZING, HIGH QUALITY STAFF, with EXCELLENT FOCUS and ENERGY,, who are COMPLETELY DEDICATED to HELPING the INVESTOR!!! I could move my business to any broker dealer in the country and they would roll out the "red carpet" to get me. But in my opinion, I am with the VERY BEST "broker dealer" in the country, and I would NEVER think of leaving SIGMA. GREAT PEOPLE with GREAT ETHICS.
