Grean Jelli Bean I have tried to make contact with UBS at least four times. I stopped by this UBS location on the last-ditch chance that the previous attempts were flukes in unresponsiveness (used UBSs online contact form and tried several other different local offices, to no avail), gave the receptionist my contact info who said someone would reach out, and its been two full business days with zippo, nil, zero contact. Its shocking that UBS does not respond to prospects or inquiries; what type of business of this nature does this? Is this a case of prejudging individuals? If this is how they ignore existing customers trying to access their finances, those customers have my sympathies.

James Peacock My financial advisor joined Mosaic Wealth Management a number of years ago. Ive been with him for about 13 years. Hes been such a great help for myself and wife. Cindy Lalor I spoke to an escalation team concerning my accumulated interest and they were so rude. I purchase some furniture through bobs furniture and they never told me that I was on a promotion period. I started paying more than I should to avoid the interest and they started using my payment to put towards another purchase before the 1st payment was completed. Then told me a bold lie and said I owe 520 dollars towards the first payment however it was only 300 dollars I owed. I ask to pay that amount to remove the 366 dollars interest they agreed and told me to pay it by nov 17th however they send me out the letter on the 26th of nov and the date they gave me to pay it off already passed. They told me they couldn’t help me and basically called me a liar. They keep adding interest even though I’m paying the amount due each month I need corporate to intervene, I need someone above the escalation team they are rude !
