1 /5 Cindy Lalor: I spoke to an escalation team concerning my accumulated interest and they were so rude. I purchase some furniture through bobs furniture and they never told me that I was on a promotion period. I started paying more than I should to avoid the interest and they started using my payment to put towards another purchase before the 1st payment was completed. Then told me a bold lie and said I owe 520 dollars towards the first payment however it was only 300 dollars I owed. I ask to pay that amount to remove the 366 dollars interest they agreed and told me to pay it by nov 17th however they send me out the letter on the 26th of nov and the date they gave me to pay it off already passed. They told me they couldn’t help me and basically called me a liar. They keep adding interest even though I’m paying the amount due each month I need corporate to intervene, I need someone above the escalation team they are rude !

1 /5 Ron Bingham: My wife and I had a very unpleasant (and costly) experience with a financial advisor at this office. We submitted a complaint today (9/14/17) with the Michigan Dept. of Attorney General; the Michigan Dept. of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs; and the FINRA Investor Complaint Center. Goggles review policy apparently prevents me from posting our email address so interested parties could contact me for a copy of our complaint. So Ill just say this: use extreme caution and due diligence before giving any of your hard earned money to these people. Ron Bingham
