Its nice when a team actually cares and thats why I go to flagstar on mound.

The employees at this bank have been nothing but wonderful. They have always treated my elderly parents like rockstars! Thank all of you for your great service!
1 /5 Adam Foolery: OMG! This bank is a complete mess. Its been a month now since I had logged in to my account. I have gone into the bank 3 times to correct this problem. (Only one time at this location and 2 times at 13 & Dequindre in Madison heights.)
I have called so so many times, only to be hung up on. This place has some really big issues, I would stay far away. My only choice was to close the account.
1 /5 Glenn Rogers: I had to have this place a one star couldnt gave less should have been no stars!!! Recent my wife passed she had account here came in with the proper paperwork and there made me wait made me fell like u was a thief taking her money. 40 minutes there made me wait because there didnt know what there where doing first there tryed telling I needed more paper work I went to probate court I had the right paper work. Then there have to call someone who knows what to do I dont think she was ever talking to anyone after a few minutes cause I happen to look on her monitor she was on the Internet looking at something when she seen me looking she closed the page was something about a brooch omg what a waste this place is. Bad enough to lose my wife after 35 years together then to go here and to feel I was in the wrong to get what little she had there felt nothing about her or me. I will never in my life bank with these people and if you are this is how there really do care about you there dont care at all!!! Ty for reading what happen to me dont let them do this to you.

Sarah Meredith I should start by saying that I was visiting this branch to close my account due to being unhappy with PNC Bank. Five stars is not rating PNC itself but it is a rating for this particular branch & employees. Suha provided excellent service. She is knowledgeable & swiftly completed the task at hand while being personable. For an overall bad experience banking with PNC, this last visit was satisfying & Im leaving without as much bitterness. One person can make all the difference! Thank you!
