PNC Bank - Warren (MI)

3 /5 Michelle: Theyve recently completed a lobby renovation at this location--its nice, fresh, and modern. Ive been using mobile/online banking for a while and havent gone inside this PNC for some time--finally made a stop inside and the staff has changed. I ended up having to wait over 20 minutes to make a deposit of coin rolls when they had 3 tellers working. One guy was just standing around. Another girl walked out from the back and didnt help. The service isnt anything like I remember it from a couple years ago.

5 /5 Sarah Meredith: I should start by saying that I was visiting this branch to close my account due to being unhappy with PNC Bank. Five stars is not rating PNC itself but it is a rating for this particular branch & employees. Suha provided excellent service. She is knowledgeable & swiftly completed the task at hand while being personable. For an overall bad experience banking with PNC, this last visit was satisfying & Im leaving without as much bitterness. One person can make all the difference! Thank you!

5 /5 Janna B: Kristen was so helpful today. I am a non-customer and had a check from my insurance company to cash. She took care of me swiftly with such kindness as well. She was such a lovely bank teller that I had to come here to give my best regards.

1 /5 Mohammed Miah: Worst branch Ive been to. The assistant that was providing Override to the teller I was working with was extremely rude and snobby to the poor girl. Also, I placed an order for a withdrawal on Monday and was told I can pick up the money on Wednesday. When I came on Wednesday I was told they canceled the order because when they called me on Tuesday to confirm that I still wanted it I didnt pick up. I was at work. This is not the first or second issue I had with this branch. Never coming back here again. I was going to open a business accounts here but Ill just take my business to chase.

2 /5 Andrew Moses: Understand about lobby not being open now. BUT there should be no reason each car takes 10 min (+-) in the drive thru. I have been here 3x in the last 2 days. Sitting in a line that doesnt move. Only to leave not being able to sit for an hr in line.
