Michelle Gregory This is the slowest bank Ive ever been to. Waiting in line 30 or more minutes when I come in. People have places to be. They handle the cars before people waiting half an hour in line. I had to leave 2 days in a row then come back. Smh still waiting in a long slow line

Troy T My first time visiting a physical branch in a long, long time. Ms. Josalyn C. at the Woodward Ave branch location made everything super easy and flawless! Huge thank you to her! The rest of the folks there were super friendly also!! My only complaint is the lack of a branch anywhere downriver / closer to me.

Sandusky Vent Hoods Lee was fantastic, I told him my situation and he had a solution and lender within a couple hours and knew I needed it done which for another property I was going to purchase.
