Today I dealt with Melanie when I had to stop a corrupt company from continuing to take unauthorized withdrawals from my account. She has ALWAYS been so nice, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She far exceeded my expectations on how to handle these unauthorized withdrawals. I went in very frustrated from dealing with this company and left very happy after she helped me with everything and i didnt have to do as much to stop them from doing this as i thought.
