1 /5 Raw PositiviTea: Domingo Munoz is one of the worst managers I have ran into in a while. My son and I went into this bank to find of why my sons account was fraud alert and locked. Domingo puts myself and my son into a cubical, calls an 800 number tells us to hold for someone because we need to focus on getting online bank unlocked. That didnt make any sense to me at all because online banking was locked due to the fraud. My son was prompted to go into the bank and show 2 proofs of ID. I expressed this 3 times to Domingo Munoz, but the jerk acted like he didnt understand English. After waiting on hold for about 10 mins, I called Bank of America on East Beltline & 28th st and told them what was going on (that is the branch where my son opened up his account). After speaking with Tyler, I told my son to hang up the phone and lets go to the other Bank of America. Once we got to the other branch, they were on it. Very professional!!!! Martina welcomed us, walked us into her office sat down and called a number. Took every bit of 8 minutes to resolve the problem.
Domingo Munoz is horrible at his job, lacks professionalism, customer service, & communication. He is the prime reason why people dont deal with banks anymore. He also comes off like he hates his job, and he is only there for the title and paycheck.
