Every single person there has always been friendly and helpful to me. Nikki in the loan area is very pleasant and nice to work with. Ally Bank - Detroit
Shanna Bryant This bank has TERRIBLE customer service. I’ve contacted this bank over 20 times within 2 months in an attempt to get a Lien released. Only to get transferred in literal circles. Unfortunately my loan was transferred to this bank. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do any type of business with this bank. They’re definitely not in compliance. The reps and mangers are not properly trained. They took my money and never release my lien to obtain the title to my vehicle.
