She welcomed me and my wife right away into her office and helped us open a new account without any issues. Hana is very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. Anytime I have a question, she responds quickly and communicates clearly. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Tram Truong Bad service ever! They received my money to apply the medicaid but they didnt. They just promise and there is nothing. I need to call, send the message but no answer. The process took over 3 months and no result now.
