1 /5 Gerald P: Scam company that should not be on lending tree. I was approved on their website but when I called I wasnt approved anymore. Do not recommend. Garbage company.

1 /5 Bria Gregory: I thought I would be able to write a good review, but unfortunately, that is not the case here. It was easy getting the loan and the communication was great. They were supposed to send a check to my credit card company to pay it off. It was allegedly sent on July 31st and the company never got it. It took a lot to reach my loan person for updates. I had to contact headquarters that finally got me to the branch manager and to my loan person who had me email them the stuff again. I have called several days, sent emails, and left voicemails with no response. I had to call headquarters again and they dont see a second check was ever sent. It has now been almost two months and I have still been unable to reach this branch about that money for several weeks and the headquarters has had me on hold for a longtime and no one has been able to give me answers! Dont even waste your time!

1 /5 Jonathan Martin: Wasnt going to waste my time doing this but. I waited 3 days with Tracey Arnold over the phone just to be talked down to and told no! Plus she even said on the 3rd day of working with her via over the phone its been a rough week! Well she made it a rough week lol!Then tells me I cant get approved! lol! I had 2 other loans the paid on time my income went up and my wifes! Anyways blahh blahh! ok Tracey thank you whatever! Went to see Shane Wireman at Wayne location and he got me approve for the full amount closed in 3 hrs money in bank ! Shane is the man! Pertaining to Shane he knew what customer service is all about! Its people like Shane at the Wayne location thats keeps my business not Tracey that puts in half hearted effort well thats it! 5 star review for Shane at Wayne location 1 star for Tracey!

1 /5 Amazing God’s Grace: I would stay away from onemain period unless you have a serious emergency. Only go for smaller amounts that you can easily pay off because you will be trapped in case things happen in your life. They will harass you to borrow from them, once you get the loan they will harass you if youre late. They are the most annoying people that Ive ever seen in my entire life. They will call and mail you non-stop as if their loan was the only thing you have to pay for. People have other bills to pay as well. Once they help you with the payments they will give you a certain amount to pay, then someone else will come back to ask for more money supposedly the amount is too low and not accurate. How can the same system gives you different amounts to pay? I hate their depressing phone calls. Try to borrow from your bank first or other institutions before considering onemain.
