1 /5 David Kooienga: The worst people Ive had to deal with from an LMCU branch. Do yourself a favor and go around the corner to the Garfield branch.

3 /5 Justin VanHook: I have had nothing but headaches dealing with LMCU. If you would like an intuitive online banking experience or would like to access customer service after hours, this is not the bank for you. If you run multiple business and would like cohesive banking experience across your businesses, this is not the bank for you. Its 2024. EDIT: Ive changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because they have since called and reconciled the issues and showed great empathy in dealing with the situations Ive experienced. They communicated that they are working towards a better mobile and online banking experience and take feedback very seriously.

1 /5 Kelly Smith: Every time I go to the drive thru I sit for at least 10 mins with no one acknowledging me at all. I have been asking for payment coupons for my car since I bought it in March almost 2 years ago. I still haven’t received them. Terrible customer service and very slow!

5 /5 C Thms: Excellent service. I want to specifically call out Clay Belting the assistant branch manager. He was amazing helping us through a fraud issue we experienced.

1 /5 J K: Twice in the last 3 years I have deposited cash through the ATM after hours and had the machine take the cash but not deposit the funds. Calling the call center does nothing when they can’t get through to the branch, and auditing the ATM takes 10 business days. They are very eager to charge fees if the account goes negative in the meantime. Going into the branch isn’t much better when their system is constantly crashing or going offline and no one can access account information. If I didn’t have my mortgage through LMCU, I would close my accounts.
