5 /5 Yalaunda Butts: I want to give credit where credits due. John and Q at the Clinton township office on Gratiot. Both guys are so nice and professional. They have outstanding customer service skills and I could tell right away that they love helping others. They smile and joke with you very friendly but professional. Great job guys keep up the great work.

1 /5 Yesenia Aranda: I am extremely disappointed and felt massively disrespected today. I knew I was cutting it very close to closing time today to arrive and pay my loan. The young gentlemen that works there (manager) has told me if I ever feel like I might be late give a call and he would make sure to wait a few minutes if needed. Even though he mentioned this I have NEVER been late. NEVER missed a payment. So today was the first time I had to call and a young lady answered the phone. I told her I usually settle my account with this young man but since she answered I wanted to let her know I was on the way and would be arriving at 6:58pm. She proceeded to say yes that is fine. I arrived at 6:58 as I said to her and the door was locked. The girl was at the register on the computer glanced up, saw me and quickly looked down. She then proceeded to start to clean up for several minutes. She kept trying not to look at the door and I kept calling while I was outside. I saw the young man that usually helps me but he didn’t see me standing at the door. I watched as she closed and he handed her his key and the lights turned off. I was extremely frustrated as she made me waste my time and money to travel by Lyft just for her see me at the door and not open it. I have been a long standing customer since before the young gentleman started working there back then there was two young lady’s that always were a joy to see. I was hesitant to continue my business once they left the company until I met the young guy who had also amazing customer service. When I asked the young lady why she would see me and not open the door her response was “our clock marked 7” and that her other store always closes on the dot. I proceeded to let her know if she was in a rush to leave her job she could just say that, she remained silent. She had no care for the fact that I called or that I could prove that I was there at 6:58pm as I told her due to me taking a Lyft there. She then apologized but her apology does not solve my issue. It was the principle. Why ignore me when you see me and I called, why tell me it’s fine but you lock the door knowing I was coming? She had no answer to these questions. The embarrassment it caused me as people watched me standing there is ridiculous. The young gentleman informed me it was his last day so with that being said after this experience I will never be returning or recommending anyone here. This location has lost three great employees in the time I’ve been coming here and now a long loyal customer. I hardly ever leave reviews but this was just completely unprofessional.
