I got approved and the evening before the closing a woman named Cheryl called me w/ a unlawful reason they couldnt go through with the loan or even attempt to look into one. She stated since I started my job in January I would be eligible for loan ( although I had more than enough verified tax returns and cash flow from previous year). This boggled me andIm pretty sure it was a overt discrimination. This was very disheartening and unprofessional

These loans are predatory, they know the people taking these loans are in NEED, so they will take advantage and give you a rate that makes NO SENSE based on credit score. Sad to see a company take advantage and feed off poor people.

1 /5 Noor youkhana: Absolute garbage of a company very high interest and it felt like I could never pay off the loan. They made life very difficult I 100% guarantee you this company will shut down as a whole in 10-7 years. RUN AWAY
