5 /5 Robert Kruse: Ive visited these guys here and there for years now. IMO, the biggest selection, floorspace, and well priced items. Best Pawn Shop in GR. I had visited the one at Leonard and Alpine a few times, and they were close, both in selection and service, especially in tools, but as that one was torn down a year ago, these guys now hold the crown. Ive seen them work with people if they needed a few days to make a payment, in my experience theyve been knowledgeable, and if not, not scared to say so, then accessing the internet for information. Friendly bunch of guys, who give a fair price, IF one understands what to expect from a Pawn Shop. In case someone reading this doesnt, if one is going to pawn or sell something, keep in mind they are a business. They have to keep the lights on, and make a profit FIRST!! As a general rule, one can expect to be offered about a third of what an item is WORTH if one goes to pawn or sell an item. (Watch Pawn Stars a couple times, same general percentages) Keep in mind that because YOU bought that TV Four years ago for 5k, youre not getting 4k, or even 3k. Yeah, four years ago, that TV was worth 5k. But with advances in tech, it MAY only be worth 1k now. As such if you go to pawn youre probably only gonna get an offer for $250-$400. If you keep your expectations realistic, youll understand these are a good bunch of guys who stand behind their product, offer and have decent prices, stand behind their product, and have good customer service. 1 /5 Jones Jaharie (Jayy Vandross): Definitely the worst Pawn Shop in Grand Rapids. Theyll give you an extra few dollars to give them a good review on Google.. I took a brand new studio set (full set) that costed me $250 they offered me $25 for everything after asking me what I was looking for I told him at least $75-$100 then the guy proceeds to get disrespectful and asked if I ever ran a business I wasnt going to get no where near my lowest asking price. I left and went to Kent Cash Outlet and was offered $140 for everything. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE DISRESPECT AND TO BE LOW BALLED

1 /5 JHHC: How is this place still in business. They said they offer 1/3rd for what it’s selling for on eBay. Don’t waste your time. Shipping and storage doesn’t cost $600 on big name brand, hot item on eBay (avg sell time 2 days) , that’s selling for $900. On the item I brought, shipping MIGHT be $25.

5 /5 J Mc: Went in here to try to make a purchase and it was extremely frustrating as my new phone didnt have nfc, and my card was virtual. But the staff was patient, even when the purchase came up as unauthorized they tried to run it again, came down to me finding out later when I put my address into Gpay I put 1335 instead of 1135 for my address and even though I wasnt able to make my purchase at this location I got was I was looking for at a coin and jewelry store next to it. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for any number of things as it was very clean, well managed, and had a great assortment of items.

1 /5 Alexys Schwartz: Do your pawning elsewhere. Theyll lowball you, I got 4x what they offered me at the place on division and 44th. Wont visit again. Staff is unfriendly
