1 /5 Charming Diva: When he got money from the ATM machine when to get my cash it wouldnt give it to me when inside the bank to let them know whats going on come to find out the machine has been giving people problems all day no notice on the machine to tell you not to use it so I told Megan Daly about the situation she literally was no help wasnt trying to help wasnt friendly in the tellers were telling her the machine has been down and not working and she act like she didnt care what is she there for if shes not going to help you I would not recommend her helping you at all because you can just tell shes not a good person

5 /5 Mark: Ive been in BoA offices from MI to KS to CA to SC, and FL. All have had dedicated, friendly, knowledgeable staff.

1 /5 Comfy Kori: The owner or someone needs to be demoted or something considering EVERY TIME the ATM is down there isnt a sign. This time the the part where you insert the card is either broken or just gone and you cant even put a card in. If the owner is too lazy to fix it, let alone put up a sign, they shouldnt even be in that position.

1 /5 James Brittain: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BOA. At 2.3 theyre extremely overrated Ive never been so dissatisfied with a bank. They dont do what they promise and dont make it right but simply provide excuses of why they should be able to hold your deposited funds beyond the date they tell you and beyond the point they actually receive the funds. I know the deposited check is good, [its from a government entity), that they have the funds and that theyre making money off those funds. Now Ill research and find out what regulations they violated and what the fines are and how to report the violation Btw BOA isnt available seconds after their reply... no customer service... stay away!!!

3 /5 Jari: We had a very nice lady assist us with a new account credit card. She was very knowledgeable but then we had an offer code that didnt go through or she was having trouble redeeming it threw off the intrest rate which is now higher than the offer letter. Overall very nice people the employees were willing to help her when she had a question. I didnt stay too long but overall I would choose this place over the chase Bank. Everything was OK I wasnt wowed with the service more like come in friendly face and come out.
