Elizabeth Olney Jonathan is knowledgeable and trustworthy. He guided us through options for investing and gave us time to discuss what we wanted to do. If anything needed to change he was happy to do so. All it took was a phone call or email which was promptly responded to. I do recommend Jonathan Laundra to my friends and family.

KEN CHRISTIE I have been a client of Concorde Financial for a decade and have been always satisfied with their service until this year. We all hope such companies, who do our taxes understand the tax codes since we are paying for their knowledge, so be warned that Concorde will not stand behind their returns should you get notified of an error, as I did. I received notice from the MI Dept of Treasury for a past return this year that was not correct and when I took the notice back to Concorde, they told me that the only thing i had to do was to return a copy of my tax return from another state as requested. I made sure it was the right thing to do and they assured me it was. Two months later I get a second notice from the MI Dept of Treasury and stating the same issue. This time, Concorde would not return my calls, the lady who did my taxes..Heather..kept telling her assistance she was on a conference call each time i showed up in person...twice..and then promised me i would be contacted by the owner...Mark..be email since he was to respond. It is now over three weeks since i visited and nothing has been sent to me or called by anyone. i even called the MI Dept of Treasury to understand myself what was wrong with my return, despite the fact I did not do them and expected it to be correct. They told me that Concorde, being a MI company should have known what the requirements were and as a result, i had told Concorde i would gladly pay whatever tax was due but I did not feel interest was my responsibility because they were at fault. Obviously Concorde does not want to admit anything but not to stand behind their work, I feel, is the last thing anyone of us would expect to happen. I paid them to know the requirements and to do them correctly..why should we have to pay for their mistakes and why is there no professional courtesy to return my calls and my visits. I will never recommend them for such a lack of professionalism and for not standing by their work and I caution anyone to reconsider using them if you are looking for a company who stands behind their work, especially when dealing with taxes.

just ramitagain Why and where are all these self proclaimed financial gurus popping up like mushrooms from? This industry and speculators definitely need regulation to control weeds. Truly business unethical organization. They win when I make money based on their speculation; and they lose nothing when my investments tank. That is business unethical. lol. Where were they when I was in my 30s-40s? Never heard of them. Did they help me go to college; get a job; help with mortgage...Now, they want to be my best buddies when I have retirement savings - dont they sound more like parasites? Look at their academic qualifications from C grade schools. They are the Eagle that wants to swoop down and take our hard earned money. My money isnt going to them in this adult gambling market, as long as they are business unethical. What they talk about in Seminars is well documented in Google - yes, its free. No rocket science, here.

Eric Ruibal I was referred to this specific branch of Bank of America after being with Consumers Credit Union for years to open an account and transfer all my money to Bank of America and close Consumers Credit Union accounts due to the lack of protection towards fraud and my accounts, never been to a bank where they tell you to come back at a later date to open an account with them considering there in the business of money, plus there were 3 workers talking to absolutely no one at the time. Taking my money elsewhere.
