My father passed away and they came and took his car in the middle of the night without once trying to contact his son they had the phone number of. Then the lady that was in charge of taking back the car waited three days to call my brother back and was like sorry it’s going to auction company policy. They didn’t even give us a month after he died to get anything in offer. And we never missed a payment.Greedy heartless jerks.

1 /5 Loraine Murphy: The person who processed our order did not greet us nor did she give eye contact. She definitely gave the impression that she was not happy that we had decided to cash in our bonds during her watch. When I complained to the "manager", I got pretty much the same vibe from her. We have been patrons there for many years and have never received such hostile service.
