5 /5 Rachel Huver: Churchill mortgage is SO great! These guys move fast! They pre-approved me in 20 minutes, where as our current lender took 3 days. Our current lender had moved very slowly back when we had bought our last house. I could tell Churchill moved quickly which is what we needed, so we went with them and we made the best decision ever that day! Seth at Churchill was so great, he always explained everything and would help you even after office hours if you had a question, he would call me in the evening just to explain everything or plug in different numbers (down payment amounts) for me to see different monthly mortgage prices. These guys are extremely fast and diligent and strive on customer service and it shows. I will never use anyone else and recommend to all my friends! Such great people! AND another perk is, Churchill is the only mortgage company Dave Ramsey has ever endorsed!
