Budco Financial - Detroit (MI)

1 /5 Roxanne Pierre: Im trying to request a refund. My mom passed away in October 2024, I wasnt aware there was extended warranty coming out of her bank account. I contacted Budco, they flat out said they dont cancel warranties or give refunds and to contact the dealership. They took 7 payments out and will not communicate with me regarding this matter! My moms vehicle was repossessed after she passed, so extended warranty was paid for a vehicle that was no longer in our possession and from a person who is no longer here. Horrible service! I was hoping for a peaceful resolution to this matter

1 /5 Tom Piccini: Terrible customer service people on the phone wont answer simple questions about if they can set up auto pay over the phone,a simple yes or no would be nice. Very rude and snippy operators that dont want to help with giving customers answers or help them pay their bill.

1 /5 Joey Z: They continually have "computer glitches" that double charge my credit card. I have been with this company for four months and have been overcharged twice. When I called today, Phyllis in the billing department kept interrupting me. This is not a professionaly run company at all.

1 /5 Felix Stafford: I was put on dialysis in December and have fell behind on most of my accounts.... I spoke with a coordinator for Budco / Ford protect asking for assistance for the disabled... she flat out told me there was nothing she could do to assist nor ther were nothing in place to assist at times like this... not to mention Im almost finished ($17,000 left)paying off a $100,000 truck.... They really kick you when youre down
