2 /5 David Wilson: Great staff however thier lack of branches makes me have to travel, also they took away the option to get courtesy pay all from the teller, they force u to go to Atm so ur getting the 30.00 overdraft fee charged twice since only allowed 500 a day. I hate that

1 /5 Amanda Measel: I have banked with this credit union for years and have had multiple auto loans through them and have never had an issue. Always been a smooth and hassle free process. I recently just purchased a truck through them on 12/23 and the lender calls me yesterday (1 month later) after I had just made my first payment to advise me that they forgot to add sales tax and nobody caught the mistake and I owe an additional 2k to the state of Michigan. But "no worries" she advises I can take out a personal loan or refinance the vehicle to cover the costs. Partially my fault for not checking the paperwork but considering I have bought vehicles through them before, I trusted a lender who does loans like this all the time to take care of everything and include all fees/taxes. I will NEVER do business with this credit union again.

5 /5 Jim Recchia: We were on a road trip to Colorado and the engine blew in our truck. I needed a loan quick to get an engine replacement. The representative I had was Toni and she was very helpful with us getting things taken care very quickly. We have always had outstanding service from Freestar.

They have gone above and beyond and have been so kind and understanding and helping me with all of my problems and really taking the time to explain everything to me and make sure there is a clearly understanding. You truly tell how dedicated they are to helping customers and I cannot thank them enough. Again Darius and Lauren, Thank you so much!
