I was pleasantly surprised at the warm greeting I got on a Saturday morning from the staff. I needed to open 2 accounts, a personal one and one for my late fathers estate of which I am the administrator. Ms. Shemeka Randolph took care of all of my issues quickly and professionally. She explained the process and she even checked my credit score and offered to connect me with the mortgage representative who could give me advice on what to do to improve my score and meet my financial goals for the future.
