Julie Cooper The women who work here are phenomenal. I recently opened up a business checking account here and shortly after ran into a few road bumps along the way with the IRS and merchant services which led to much confusion and overwhelm on my part. Bonnie, Lisa, and Kathy were extremely helpful, kind, and patient with me- helping me understand the process and how to correct the issue. It’s rare to find people in the customer service industry who genuinely care about others in this way. I feel grateful that I came here for my banking services. 10/10 recommend them.

The wonderful woman at the counter knew exactly who to call to figure out what was going on. She got the issue figured out, got me a new card ordered, everything has been working great since. UBS Financial Services: Bush John - Farmington Hills

Grean Jelli Bean I have tried to make contact with UBS at least four times. I stopped by this UBS location on the last-ditch chance that the previous attempts were flukes in unresponsiveness (used UBSs online contact form and tried several other different local offices, to no avail), gave the receptionist my contact info who said someone would reach out, and its been two full business days with zippo, nil, zero contact. Its shocking that UBS does not respond to prospects or inquiries; what type of business of this nature does this? Is this a case of prejudging individuals? If this is how they ignore existing customers trying to access their finances, those customers have my sympathies.
