1 /5 Rachel Rosencrants: Created retirement investment scenarios for us that were not applicable to us and failed to include key information (such as income factors, available money to invest, and projected amount of debt) in the scenarios. The retirement funds we had moved to Morgan Stanley were found to be sitting as cash in an account, and not invested approximately 1 month after the funds being transferred. In my opinion this is a total mismanagement of funds by lack of action.
It took 4 requests for information on withdrawing funds related to college savings, and advising that we would escalate the matter to get movement on withdrawing the funds.
I do not recommend this office!! I have advised my friends and family that have used this office to look elsewhere and make sure that they have their investment scenarios reviewed at the very least. I would never use an investment office that I cant trust!
