She was so patient with us and our lack of knowledge. She makes you feel like you are the most important person in the building. You can just tell that she loves her job, and loves working with the public. Thank you Morgan!

1 /5 Carol Franz: Stay far, far away!!! This is the worst managed banking establishment we have ever experienced! They do not communicate in a timely manner. They do not return calls. And do not listen to their customers’ concerns. We are new members through the purchase of our boat. We called to inquire when our payment was due and were told we weren’t members yet! They entered our data wrong so we couldn’t log in to open an account online. Then they sent us a welcome letter with a payment date that was already passed! We called to ask about it, were promised a return call the same day, that never happened! Then they called the next day and were super rude because the payment was late!! We will be moving this account to another bank! Be warned!!! MSUFCU is a much better Credit Union who support their customers!!

1 /5 McKenna Cook: Customer service phone staff is rude and unhelpful. Loans take forever to be processed, and you can barely get answers for loans or other account info at any location. Employees are unhelpful and don’t seem to care. This company overall doesn’t care about their clients and it shows.

1 /5 Joe Latty: After 2 years of working on my credit never missing a payment you still wouldnt approve me for a credit extension. Youre app is slow and outdated. Staff is rude, slow to respond. Bad customer service. Go to JOLT or WILDFIRE if you are younger than 50. This bank is for the old elites that already have wealth. ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET LOANS Emma didnt respond for 3 days and was slow to get back with me. The Gratiot store the girls play favorite customer and let people cut in line if youre wealthy. THEYRE NOT FOR US !
