5 /5 Nancy Hu: Friendly, home town service from competent staff is what is offered at this Credit Union. They will know you on site by name. They have been so helpful to my family and myself. When you call with a question they don’t put you on hold and then transfer you to another country to talk to someone – you talk to a real, local person who provides immediate assistance. You might be able to get a bit more interest at an on-line bank but you will never get the helpful service offered at Muskegon Federal Credit Union. If dont already do business with this CU consider opening an account.
