Sarah Meredith I should start by saying that I was visiting this branch to close my account due to being unhappy with PNC Bank. Five stars is not rating PNC itself but it is a rating for this particular branch & employees. Suha provided excellent service. She is knowledgeable & swiftly completed the task at hand while being personable. For an overall bad experience banking with PNC, this last visit was satisfying & Im leaving without as much bitterness. One person can make all the difference! Thank you!

DeAnna Pirrie Robert is such an amazing financial advisor! My husband and I are young and had no idea what kinds of investments we were missing out on until we talked to Robert. The-Numerologist Man-of-Numbers-2023 This is the best Banking I have ever done. Number ONE: thier security coverage over non authorized transaction are truely fantastic. They have protected me many times since I have been scammed on unauthorized purchases. Number TWO: The staff all of them are exceptiona, friendly & quick to service thier costomers. Troy T My first time visiting a physical branch in a long, long time. Ms. Josalyn C. at the Woodward Ave branch location made everything super easy and flawless! Huge thank you to her! The rest of the folks there were super friendly also!! My only complaint is the lack of a branch anywhere downriver / closer to me.

Kimberly Hooper I inherited an IRA annuity and sought advice from Robert on what to do next. Rather than doing a fee-only service, it was set up for him to be my financial adviser. He encouraged me to move another inherited IRA account, which he also managed. Less than a year later he...quit. Took himself off the accounts. I had asked him in email to explain what was happening in the market because the accounts had been losing money, and rather than give me an explanation, he just quit. I had only met with him a few times, and there werent phone calls, or much email contact, so I know I didnt take up too much of his time. I have no explanation for why a financial adviser would choose to quit rather than answer questions. I would not recommend him, especially since the adviser on the account he encouraged me to move DID answer any questions I had, which is what I thought an adviser was supposed to do.
