Baron Kenneth (Kenny B) I have steller credit and perfect payment history. I found a nice used car for my wife they bumped the rate 2% because apparently its over its worth. Even tho its the lowest miles at that price within 750 miles. Place is an absolute joke!!!! CU1 in Detroit got it handled for me tho. Been a member for awhile I will be canceling my account because of this

Chicquita Edwards The service in trouble !!! But it is Comerica Banks system !!! Some of the people are old and slow, but even if you have a checking account and you at the drive thur, you have to wait 20 to 25 minutes because they have to get a manager to approve the check and I was told one or twice they could not cash my check because I did not have enough money in my account and I was depositing money in my account and no one was there to Authorize the transaction. This Bank is trouble and I am going to change Banks as so as my account expired with my job.

jim duggin Eric was great to work with. He provided me with a much better rate than I was offered with other firms. Communication was always easy, prompt, and informative. He was able to close in 2-3 weeks. He is honest and has integrity I would do business with Eric in the future.
