No conversation. No follow up with a reliable reporter, just a jump at a conclusion to use this angle to DESTROY HIS FAMILY.
They took me from my bed at night, suicide hole for 20 hours in a carpet pad dress, added $30,000 in medical debt after freezing his assets, losing his supplemental insurance so now the $30,000 per month copay went to $5000 instead of $500. That happened over and over, charged for ambulance rides at $1500 to see his doctor or appear in court. It may be THEIR INVESTIGATION BUT ITS HIS DEBT. THEY CHARGED HIM FOR THE RIGHT TO BE RUINED BY THE STATE
They then removed him from the home as if you are trying to destroy a mans daughter, and he needs catheter emptied, meds, bed bound and now colon cancer so briefs changed, all volunteer on my part, he needs someone to care for him. They put him in the ghetto, over an hour away, didnt pay his phone bill, didnt provide a phone in his room, didnt care that the pain and grief of what they put my family through over a misunderstanding could have been clarified by the BANK.
After his insurance ran out, they called me to come get him. He was given two diabetic drugs when not diabetic, 13% body weight, lost 100lbs. He came to the bank twice, in frail, vulnerable condition, begging Dawn Walny to just release a statement that shows he gets this Whatever loan every year. My father fully knew about his own loan, but the diabetic drugs the Medicaid hospital they threw him in wiped his brain when being weaponized to somehow testify he couldnt remember anything ever of a Mortgage or the other lengthy history.
My father coded twice in October. The State, in their targeted ruin of me, had used up his Medicare days to afford these pricey rehabs and now he ACTUALLY NEEDED THEM.
Then the State stopped paying his life insurance, after he DIED TWICE. They built a case out of poverty and persecuted a resource they should protect, but then opted to just not pay the bills because they were too much after debt the State added.
The bank could have said something. They could have opted to be truthful at least that a loan with a two decade history is not so suspicious. He died in a living nightmare created by all of that. Congratulations. You were complicit in their evil scheming to push people into ruin.
