1 /5 Jim Anderson: This place offers lower than average interest rates but unfortunately their staff is incompetent and completely oblivious of their duties and lack the knowledge and experience to do their job. Stay away by all means and stick to other lenders with more experience and knowledge that can help you get your loan.

1 /5 Ken Siegner: 27 years with this bank and all it took for me to leave is 1) No reply to multiple support emails, 2) 10 min phone wait times at which point I hang up, 3) Spoof attack of Feb 2025 caused extreme security requirements in effect after 2 months still in effect, a $10 move from checking to savings requires 2-factor authentication every single time, 4) All their numbers are blocked from the spoofing attack, was calling me daily, minutes apart at times, therefore I do not accept their calls. Location is far from me so always did things remote, never a challenge until 2025, 27 years later Im done with CF.

4 /5 Jason Bolduc: Edit: Working with Dana was much better. If not for her I would have gotten a car loan elsewhere. Getting anything done with them is very frustrating. Takes multiple calls and follow up is non existent. I shouldn’t be calling them multiple times, they should be keeping me in the loop. Will be looking for a car loan elsewhere.

1 /5 Holly Bone: Leann and Amy that work at the Plymouth branch are the most incompetent people I know.I could use so many more adjectives for them but I would be here all day writing.Do not ever get a car loan or gap insurance through them.
