5 /5 Rabia Toor: If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Farnaz Khan is such a pleasant, sweet and knowledgeable person. She saw how flustered I was with some of my tax returns and was so kind and patient in helping me understand the process. Her goal was to make sure I understood where and how my income was being taxed and I walked away with a solid (albeit basic) amount of knowleg. I would 100 percent I recommend them!

1 /5 EE: The worst service ever. Mistakes took 5 years to solve, and they were very rude and never take accountability for their mistakes. Furthermore, they haven’t yet responded concerning the “peace of mind” agreement to reimburse me the interest charges I had to pay as a consequence of their mistakes.

1 /5 Danielle: Worst experience of my life. Will never be back here for my taxes ever again. Unprofessional and unproductive is an understatement. After approving/paying for the service and my taxes I was harassed about approving documents and paying which I had already done. The managers only suggestions were actions on my end after all this work and already paying what I owed them. Following assisting them for a 3rd time and doing the same thing I have done twice now, I return to their broken platform to see my IRS return has been rejected.... I was told NOT to use HR Block by a friend. Should have listened. DO NOT GO HERE.

1 /5 Sang Rhee: Block Advisonrss online system is horrible. It is very slow, and some of the functions did not work. For example, Ask a Question after reviewing the tax preparation was dead (did not work). I had the same problem last year. But the system was not updated. My tax professional did not respond to my email with questions. They increase the fee each year, and I think it is unreasonably expensive.
