Flagstar Bank - Sterling Heights (MI)

1 /5 annonymous: Ive had continuous problems dealing with Flagstar since my mortgage got transferred to them. Most recently, they double billed me for my mortgage payment for January because they are transferring my account between subservicers and both subservicers sent me bills. I would never voluntarily bank with Flagstar because of their poor customer service and general disorganization.

5 /5 Cindy Parker: I was referred to Melanie by a friend and she took care of all my banking needs along with some unforeseen business. Melanie was courteous, friendly and on top of everything. I would recommend this banking center to all my friends.

2 /5 Jason Stade: The ATM has been down at least two days this week, possibly longer. If you need to do anything inside or drive thru, this location is great. Its disappointing that the ATM is down on a seemingly weekly basis though.

1 /5 Megan Barney: This bank just transitioned to a new bank and closed online banking for 3 days. I tried calling to see if a customer service rep could tell me what is in my account and after calling 5 time to try and get through to someone because I had to keep trying different option before the automated robot finally transferred me I was told they can’t even access my account. Absolutely ridiculous that it was so hard to get through to someone. I definitely recommend not using this bank if you like calling and speaking to a real human over a dumb robot.

5 /5 Tammam Sagman: This Flagstar branch is one of the best branches I had ever visited. Everyone there was super friendly, and they all had a smile on their faces. Delon was exceptionally an outstanding, helpful, and genuine person who was so happy to assist me and guide me in making the right decisions.
