1 /5 Ivy Lewis: I did not have a good experience with them. Let me share it here. 2018 when we first did tax services with this company, they got our account numbers typo, we got a penalty from IRS! We were willing to forgive that and went back in 2020, the accountant was rude, communication was poor. But the tax was done. This year 2 hours before the scheduled appointment, I received a rude email without addressing my name asked me in a very disrespectful way to sign an agreement that we will accept whatever price they ask for. I had to read it a few times making sure it was not a scam. When i called and ask them what the price is this year, the answer was:” we do not know, we will tell you when it is done. But you cannot negotiate or question it!” Guys, have you heard of customer service like this? When was the last time you were told you are not allowed to ask or negotiate price?! It is the customer’s right to negotiate price, it is the business owner’s right to say no. They strategically set up this way knowing it is difficult for us to find new accountants mid of tax season trying to take advantage of customers. Obviously this office do not need more customers. I decided to leave and find good services which i will be happily paying more for. I am very disappointed at them because i was introduced from a friend referral. I do not recommend their services. It was not a good experience. I highly recommend to look elsewhere.
