Jerome Poole I had a rude experience from the store manager named Tanya and Stacy on Michigan in the city of Wayne how they are employed with one main I dont understand for they were totally unprofessional rude and downright ignorant I put in a complaint I called several times and never got an answer I left a voicemail stating someone would turn my call they never did I did find out Tina was the district manager but she was on vacation its sad that you have employees representing your company in this manner

Sandusky Vent Hoods Lee was fantastic, I told him my situation and he had a solution and lender within a couple hours and knew I needed it done which for another property I was going to purchase. Kathy tran Company is not reliable, I suggest you find a different loan officer. Marnie Rodriguez has dragged my loan on from Oct-Nov till now and still haven’t heard anything. I have paid $750 for the appraisal and sent her everything that was required. She had all the information and failed to submit it in a timely manner. I haven’t heard back from her in 3 weeks.
