4 /5 sst: The staff are kind, and my transactions run smoothly. Its just odd how cash is counted back to you. Bills are going every which way. Some are face up, and some are face down. Some are turned this way. Some are turned that way (upside down). Albeit unusual, its all correct which is most important.
5 /5 Mary Anne Muscat: Everyone there is easy to talk to. They answer all my questions, whether in person or online. I have been with DFCU since the 80s and have recommended them to friends and family. I have financed my house and car thru DFCU.
1 /5 Ryan Brimfield: Customer service has plummeted recently. You are on hold for 30 minutes to ask a simple question. Also they send your replacement cards to the wrong address even after you give them the new address multiple times. Or they just forget to send the card completely They need to hire more people.
5 /5 Bret DesErmia: Fantastic service! They were able to easily put together jumbo refinance options for our home when other lenders did not seem very interested. Their cash back program is a great benefit that annually puts several thousand dollars back in our pocket. Wish there was a location closer to my home with Saturday hours, but that is the only minor issue I see with using DFCU Financial for all your banking needs.

Erica Rabideau I just had to write a review for the outstanding customer service I have received and continue to receive from Darius and Lauren at this branch. They have gone above and beyond and have been so kind and understanding and helping me with all of my problems and really taking the time to explain everything to me and make sure there is a clearly understanding. You truly tell how dedicated they are to helping customers and I cannot thank them enough. Again Darius and Lauren, Thank you so much!
Brinn LaFave Brittany was wonderful and patient! I think some of the bad reviews might be people that are in desperate positions, which I understand are stressful, but this is my second time with the same location and I have never had a problem.
