L T Tanya Hoffman was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC in helping me out with a car loan and line of credit recently! She went above and beyond to make sure all of the proper paperwork was taken care of, doing a lot of it herself even. This process was such a breeze and so very simple with Tanya at the reins! Genisys has always been great with all of my banking needs, and no wonder with such employees behind their operations! Could not recommend them, and specifically Tanya Hoffman, more!!!!

NinjutsuDensho Foresters guy arrives to my house unannounced multiple times, no email, no txt, no phone call, no mail, nothing. Tries to enter my house and I had to physically block his way. Man I do not know you, and I am definitely not letting you in my house. Inquires about my families personal medical information multiple times, I told him I am not telling him that information, inquires about my personal information etc., Wouldnt leave the property promptly when asked and stood talking in the driveway blocking one of our guests from pulling in the driveway. Hes lucky he wasnt hit by the vehicle. He continually brought up his religion, showed off his religious book, even when I made it clear I am from another religion, he then proceeds to tell lecture me on what my religion believes, then smugly claim brags about how he and his buddies supposedly apostated one of our guys. Guy totally misread the seriousness of the situation he was unnecessarily creating. Foresters people need to understand the demographics of Dearborn and surrounding areas if your going to service the area.

steven davis Ive been a member here for years (before they took over capcom) and they have always been friendly and very halpful! I recently went here for a vehicle loan and it couldnt have been any easier beginning to end. Keep up the great work!

Chelsey Suggs I love PNC Bank. I have been banking with them for about nine years now and have never had a problem with them. Pam- is wonderful and any kind of affidavit or fraud that I happen to have in my account during the holidays etc. she has always been a delight helping me get to the bottom of my problem. I also love that they have a machine to distribute debit cards on site which is such a relief in itself. I would suggest banking at PNC on the corner of Ecorse in Monroe in Taylor Michigan to any of my friends or family.

Jose was polite, helpful and took the time to address my questions and provide me with clear answers. It was a pleasure speaking with a representative who still understands the importance of “customer service”. Jose is a prime example of why members like me, love Chief Financial Credit Union!
