1 /5 Tyler stasser: My atm card got stuck in the ATM outside of the bank, when I went to go to the front door and ask about my card the door was locked. (Closed 4 min prior) teresa, the manager, I assume was the most unhelpful person I’ve ever talked to, only came to the locked door because I was getting frustrated with the atm machine, stated they were closed and that they have my card but I couldn’t receive my card until Monday. (Today is Friday) She totally could have handled this better, The way she talked to me through the glass door. I can only imagine what she’s saying to customers.

1 /5 Taylor Killion: I had a total of 22 saving bonds I was cashing to get a car. There is a policy that your only allowed to cash up to 10 at time and no more than 1000$ Per day. I cashed 10 at credit union one no problem. I cashed the other 10 at citizens bank no problem. I go to comerica, the teller tells me I can only cash one at a time I ask her if shes sure because my past transactions were fine, she says snootily fine Ill check, she then goes on her computer and glances at my every 30 seconds with a dirty look. My boyfriend who was with me says of its that much of a problem we can go somewhere else she says yeah you do that and smirks at me while sliding my bonds over to my hand. Super rude. Was thinking about opening an account here but Ive decided on citizens bank after having such rude service.
