Jim Walke Zach Toilolo and DFCU made the convoluted process of re-financing quick and easy. Zach was attentive to any change or bump in the process and managed to keep us in the loop while simultaneously smoothing things out for us. He had his eyes on the goal the entire time and treated us with professionalism, warmth and respect. [We even laughed a few times, and not hysterically.] This was a first rodeo for me, so having a loan officer who explained what was happening and then assisted with the execution of each step was a pleasant surprise. I doubt that a big bank would have been able to provide this level of personalized customer service. If you are in the market for a mortgage, I cannot recommend Zach (and DFCU) strongly enough.

After speaking to him a couple of times I could tell he was sincere and understood various different investment strategies, wasnt just trying to sell me life insurance. They are fee based and not commission based so the are aligned with their clients which I like. We came up with a plan to get my goals on track and he followed up with me to make sure that I was executing on the plan. We met several time during the day and in the evening. He always picks up the phone when I call. Id highly recommend Mark Pauwels and Bay Pointe Financial Management.
