Laura Dyga Nathan Whipple and his staff are very professional and caring people - that is a hard combination to find these days. With the very unexpected and sudden passing of my Mother in 2020 - Nathan and Jennifer were extremly helpful. It was a very terrible time for the country - however Nathan and Jennifer went above and beyond the call of duty. I feel my fathers investment need are well taken care of and his finicial future is in trust worthy hands.

Dwayne Johnson My last visit to this branch was sad to say the least( March 2024 ) Every time I visit this bank to make a withdrawal from one of my accounts, I found myself waiting for an exssisive amount of time. Even when there is only one or two people in front of me. This is what happened during my last visit. One teller was servicing the drive-thru customers,while the other teller was slowly helping the walk in people like myself. I was told by the manager that the third teller was at the window working on an assignment instructed by her and was not waiting on the walk in customers.I was very boisterous about the lack of quicker service. I have not returned to this branch and have no intentions of going back. The incident was actually the status quo here. I have two accounts here,a CD and a mutual fund at this branch. Not customer friendly !!

Michael Kimble Helen was an amazing help with my payday loan process. It was quick and easy. She made everything easy to understand and I will definitely go back there again if I ever need another loan.

kristina rehfus Jason is someone you can trust with your Financial planning and retirement goals. Everytime I have had a question or need assistance with my 401K, he was there explaining options. It’s nice to know you have options explained on how I see my future. Maria has done my and my husbands taxes for the last few years and I won’t go anywhere else. It’s nice to know my financial needs are in good hands. Highly recommend Thank you to the entire team!

Were both disabled and not very smart on our banking & insurance policies. Rhona who came from Parkway was so helpful & kind to us & understood our confusion.
