2 /5 Marie: I hate using this online services. Ive been trying to access my account balance and it keep redirected me to change my pin. I dont want to change my pin. I followed the steps under website and they dont match up with the automatic voicemail services, so they need to change that. This is really, really frustrating. For me now going into the South Gate location, I have no problems. I only have problems with calling. I can never find out my balance any other bank. You can call and find out your balance for some reason break. When you call for your balance, they want you to change your pin.I dont wanna change my pen.This is really frustrating for me oh, and I really, really hate their online banking app. I try to change my password. And they said that they dont have nobody in their system with my name or my social security number. But I have a account with you guys, but you dont have me in your system for me to change my password. Now, thats some b******* I need to find a new bank.
