5 /5 johann loridon: I just transferred to them for my 2018 taxes and were totally satisfied ....then I received a letter from the IRS for a penalty against my 2017 taxes...I called them and within hours the issue was resolved by Brian...no penalty or intrest due..case closed...they did this with speed and no charge to me...2 things never heard of....my thanks again to you and your thoughtfulness in this issue.

1 /5 Brandon Taylor: Brian was arrogant and short with me. When I asked questions he answered in a very unsavory tone, leaving me very uncomfortable. During my consultation, I let him know that I would get a second opinion, given that I just had issues using TurboTax and my numbers seemed way off. So, I wanted to protect myself by having numbers from at least two tax professionals to ensure my filing was accurate (my return was fairly complex this year). I asked if there was an upfront fee (which I was willing to pay), if I elected to not use his filing calculations (before any work was done). He became visibly upset and told me that I would just need to go somewhere else. He then aggressively shoved my paperwork back in my hand, I then proceeded to leave. I was completely taken aback by this experience, and I could not in good faith make a recommendation for someone to use his services.
